GEMINI LANDS ON OPERA: BROWSER GETS A BOOST WITH GOOGLE AI

A year ago,Opera made its official entry into the race for Artificial Intelligence integration by introducing Aria, an innovative browser extension.

Contrary to what one might think, Aria is not a simple AI service.

Rather it acts as an aggregator that selects the most suitable Ai model based on the user’s specific request.

When Aria was officially launched in May last year, we described its main features.

The recent news concerns the expansion of Aria’s support for Gemini, the AI model developed by Google, which is now also deeply integrated into Android through Gemini Nano.

With the addition of Gemini, Aria will be able to use this model to answer user questions.
