By combining #stem-cell technology with #AI software, the company can generate brain cells from a patient's blood sample and expose them to several antidepressants, recording cellular changes called "#biomarkers" to determine the best drug and dosage. The technology is currently in development, but Genetica+ intends to launch commercially next year, with funding from the European Union's European Research Council and European Innovation Council.
